*. OPTION #2: This apartment can be rented also as 2 separate 1 BRS that rent to 1-2 renters per 1 BR apt.
This option is more expensive per person. Rent is discounted to $5475 / 3 plus parking and utilities.
*. OPTION #3: This apartment can be rented as a 3BR and all 3 get a private room; sharing 2 ba and 2 kitchens.
Renter option #3 is between option #1 and #2 and negotiable.
