Outdoor swing set for the kiddos, and a small petting zoo! 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 10 total rooms in all, 3500 sq. ft. of pure pristine paradise. Kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen table nook. Huge day room, extra living room, washer & dryer room, and even an exercise room. This house was newly remodeled in 2020!
Rates are negotiable, our nightly rentals runs around $244. The house is big enough to bring a small gathering of several partners/friends or a few family members to go in on together, making it cheaper than a motel room. We will rent month to month, number of months will have to be negotiated. The house is also a great place for weddings, planned retreats, reunions, or just about anything where a small gathering needs space, just ask about hosting costs.
We make it super easy and affordable to just move in! No deposits on cleaning/damage/pets...Pets will have to be discussed as we do have plenty of fenced in yard for them to run, but at the same time, we want to keep the inside of the house pristine. Smoking allowed outside, and there is plenty of room for parking just about anything! There is a simple month to month agreement that must be signed.
