We do allow you the option to put down a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the home. Once you are able to view home and decide to move forward you will pay remainder of security deposit and it will become NON refundable. You must move in within 14 days once out of rehab. Our rental requirements are as follows: Minimum 1 year lease $50.00 per application per adult (anyone 18 or older must apply) Proof of income is required Applicants need to make 3 times the rent MUST BE EMPLOYED IN FLORIDA No felonies in the last 10 years No misdemeanors in the last 5 years Bankruptcies must be complete No evictions Pet fee (no more than 3 pets allowed. $300 per pet. No Rottweilers or Pitbulls ) First and security depending on credit. May require additional deposit.
