Master bedroom with new king bed and private bath, and 2nd bedroom with queen are located on the main living level. 3rd bedroom furnished with a queen bed is one flight up. Separate, private den on the living level furnished with 55" TV can be used as an office. One off-street parking spot is included, with ample parking at the curb - we have never not been able to park immediately in front of the home. Garage space may be available for additional fee.
