Sleeping loft has a full sized mattress with linen and blankets. No worries if you have your own stuff. Landlord can remove some or all furnishes as you need. The tiny house is on property adjacent to the peaceful upper Johnson Creek and next door to Leach Botanical Garden. The house has its own parking as well. All utilities are included in rent.
