Deal directly with the management company for an easy transition into your new apartment. New tenant(s) must pass criminal, credit and income checks to take over the lease and have option of renewing after February. I will pay tenant(s) $500 and roll over my security deposit of $200 once they have signed the lease. Great location and apartment but I have to relocate for a new job opportunity.
