Included in the rent; a weekly sanitized wash dry and fold service from a local cleaner, WiFi and streaming service, water and electric. An apartment cleaning service is also available for an additional monthly fee and can be added to the rent. No pets and no smoking policy strictly adhered to. Designated parking is provided.
