We have a 1 Bedroom 1 bath home with carport and nice yard available in Roseburg, OR. Schools are Fullerton Elementary, Fremont Middle and Roseburg High. Rent is $1,150 a month and Security Deposit starts at $2,300.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required and due at signing. Pets accepted on approval basis: $500 for 1st pet. $250 for each additional pet. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
