The electric is sub-standard. You cannot use the microwave while the dishwasher is running. The power in the kitchen, garage and part of the master will go out. The chimney is not structurally sound and the firebox is cracked making the fireplace unsafe to use. The master bath date to the 1970’s and the shower leaks. The second/main bath is original. The tile is falling off the walls and there is mold behind it. The drain in the cast iron tub has not worked for over 13 years. The windows that were replaced in 2007 were defective and need to be replaced. The deck is not constructed to code and is rotting. The smaller of the storage sheds is falling apart. Also there are squirrels in the attic.
