The dining table has seating for 6 people. Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an on suite bathroom with a shower. There is a full sized washer and dryer located in the basement. Outside is a deck with dining and gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. The yard is landscaped with in-ground sprinkler system. A Kayak for your use is provided and located in the basement. Use at Your Own Risk. NO SMOKING, NO PETS Please!! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
