Sitting on top of the hill with panoramic views of Canadarago Lake, this very sturdily built cottage is a labor of love built beginning in 1994. Steel beams and 3/4 inch plywood were used in its construction by the owner and the entire cottage is insulated. Over 22 acres of wooded and open land surround the cottage and contain 4 very well built deer stands and many hiking trails. The property brings with it deeded lake rights on Canadarago Lake through membership in an association. This area at the lake is an area for docking and launching your boat and private picnic area as well as a large open area for family activities. This lake area is controlled and overseen by the Canadarago Acres Homeowners Association (CAHOA) The is a $100/yr fee for each member for taxes and Maintenance. Easy driving access to the lake area from Rte 22, about 2 minutes from Cottage. There is a perimeter drain around the cabin which prevents any water from getting into the basement area.
