    What's special

Due to partial construction job there is currently only one duct that supplies heat to the first floor and no heating ducts that run to the second floor. They have all been sealed off or cut out so an electric heater is used on second floor. The windows/doors and siding all leak but only when it rains and snows. The basement has been damp for so long so will definitely need to be redone. The dryer no longer vents outside. The water tank isn’t properly vented and the drain hose leads right to the basement floor. The electrical box is a nightmare as the main electrical supply wire is frayed and leaks.. also, only when it rains or snows! The bathroom shower floor was never properly sealed the shower water seeps through the tiles and has caused unsafe floor structure as well as swelling in the floor surrounding it. The back of the house is fully rotted and has caused interior wall/ceiling damage due to a deck that was previously not flashed properly. The second floor sink clogs no matter what you do to it but you learn to live with it. The shower often backs up because the drain/ p trap was not placed at the correct slope. The pool is currently non-operable because there was a cease and desist order as no permits were pulled and was not approved for variance. The pipes burst underground so there is a whole new set of pipes but they don’t work well either as there is a leak. The electrical for the pool pump was ran through the foundation of the house which despite many attempts.. still leaks. The windows don’t have screens but that’s a cheap fix. This is pretty much a tear down and rebuild
