This classic foursquare Federal home known as The Archibald-Adams House is one of the oldest standing historic homes in Cherryfield & is on the National Register of Historic Places. Once home to the Post Office & Court House many artifacts found within remain intact from the early 1800's & will convey with the home. As you pass from room to room you can't help but appreciate the intricate details from mantels, door latches, moldings, 12 over 12 windows & the many fireplaces that grace the property. After being fully restored in the 1990's this museum like home is in exceptional condition. Enjoy the sights & sounds of the river from the veranda, gazebo, yard or waters edge.
