Includes Heat. I have a completely renovated, SMALL 1 br apartment avail Aug 1st. Its on the 3rd floor of a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. This apartment is ideally suited for a single person, though a couple could make it work. Very limited storage space. Unfortunately I don't have photos, but I do have a video I made from after the construction 2 years ago. There has only been one tenant since then. *Because of COVID, no tours are available until the unit is vacant* If you are interested, please watch the video then complete the application. This will allow me to prescreen and line up showings as soon as they are possible. I have a washer and dryer located between apartment 3 and 4. Use of the laundry is only for the 3rd floor. Please note: The laundry is NOT part of the rental agreement. I provide it as a nice gesture for 3rd floor tenants. It is only for residents' use. Parking is on-street only. There is ample parking there. Rent includes heat and regular water. We require first, last, and security deposit. I require tenants to be respectful of neighbors and ask that music etc be loud enough only to hear in your own apartment.
