I have a completely renovated, cozy 1 br apartment on the 3rd floor in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. This apartment is ideally suited for a single person, though a couple could make it work. Very limited storage space. The entire house was completely renovated down to the studs in the past 12 years. I have a washer and dryer located between apartment 3 and 4. Use of the laundry is only for the 3rd floor. Please note: The laundry is NOT part of the rental agreement. I provide it as a nice gesture for 3rd floor tenants. It is only for residents' use. Abuse of the privilege may result in their removal 1 assigned parking spot in lot. We require first, last, and security deposit. I require tenants to be respectful of neighbors and ask that music etc be loud enough only to hear in your own apartment.
