House is 200 feet from road and back is to a park so it is a quiet place. Windows and insulation were installed in 2019, so no cold drafts. The apartment is unique in that it is a complete house - no noisy neighbors upstairs or downstairs. I have just completely remodeled the entire house. You enter the house through a mud room. Plenty of room to hang up jackets and a bench to sit on to put on boots. You then enter through another door to a dine-in area, with a bathroom for the first floor. (tub and shower). There is a large living room (12' x 14') and a large (11 x 20) down stairs bedroom. Go upstairs and you enter a second large living room (13 1/2' x 18'). On the south side there is a bathroom with another tub and shower, and a laundry room with cabinets for stowing linen. On the north side there are two bedrooms (10' x 11 1/2' and 9.5' x 11 1/2'). Your backyard is a park so while your own backyard is small, on the other side of the bushes is a big park to run around. House comes with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, washer and dryer - all less than three years old. Note this is a no-smoking (tobacco or wacky tobacco) no pet apartment.
