Or a perfect home for students, our units are a short drive away from Shasta College, Simpson University and Bethel Church. Looking for short or long term tenants, our leases are month to month. Your security deposit will be the same as your monthly rent amount (rent based on single occupancy) and we provide a utility allowance for you.
