Paid $61,000 in 2011 for it. Asking $47,000 since it needs some work. Make me a good reasonable offer and we'll talk. Alternatively, this is an assumable mortgage, so you could just work with the bank to take over the current mortgage! The mortgage is current and there are no overdue balances. I have another home and have decided to lighten the load. If I get around to making all of the repairs, the price will go up.
