Garbage, Electric and Gas to be paid by tenant. Garbage is approximately $60 every other month. Electric is about $70 per month. Gas is about $70 per month depending on hot water usage, cooking and heat usage. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. On the 5th rent is considered LATE and there is a $150 late fee. If the full rent plus LATE fee is not received before the 10th then no further rent will be collected and you are agreeing to vacate the property before the 25th.
