The Elms Apartments is a small young professional community located on the south end of downtown Tulsa near great dining, entertainment and schools. We take pride in this historic building located on South Gun Boat park. Originally built in 1925 the property was updated with new electric, water, insulation and windows. A coin operated laundry was installed in the basement of the west building and serves both buildings with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Even with all of the renovations, the place still maintains its vintage feel. This property is owned and operated by local landlords who are only minutes away and are quick to respond to and happy to help with any tenant issues. Whether it is help changing a light bulb in the 9 foot ceilings or a an appliance issue, you can be assured it will be handled quickly and professionally. We are happy to accommodate up to 2 pets as long as they are under 25 pounds. We require a pet deposit of $200 / pet but no additional rent. We pay for water, sewer and trash but you are responsible for electric.
