Tenant is expected to have it professionally cleaned upon move out Internet/Wifi access would be provided free at no cost to tenant, there would be $50 additional water charge per month Smoking or Vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property either inside or outdoor areas, please go outside the premises if you need to smoke/vape. Tenant would have access to single car parking which is in the back of the building, the space can accommodate only small cars, SUV/trucks will not fit in the garage
