We purchased this house in November of 2011 - so what is said up at the top is incorrect as far as it last sold in 2005 for 150,000 (we paid a lot more for it). Things we have done to the home since we purchased it: - ripped out chain link fence and replaced it with a privacy fence. - installed ceiling fans in three rooms. - installed new lighting in kitchen. - made an opening above kitchen sink to allow more light through to the kitchen. - installed a ceiling fan in main floor living room (no lighting existed prior in this room) - installed railing from the entry way to basement (none existed prior) - installed duraceramic flooring in laundry room (was just concrete floor). - living area, two downstairs bedrooms and hallway have been freshly repainted. - two bedrooms and living room upstairs have been freshly repainted. - brand new 50 gallon water heater installed a couple of weeks ago. - built in ground firepit in backyard. - replaced patio door blinds and two window blinds on top floor living area, and cordless blinds in the main floor living area. These blinds are from Budget blinds. - Replaced kitchen sink. - replaced refrigerator with a LG from Karls. We are asking 206,000 for this house. We have put in a lot of repairs and updates to the house in the short time we have lived there.
