The utilities that are not provided are electric, it runs around ($30-40), and internet. I do background checks and credit checks on each resident. This is $35 if done by me, less on Zillow. Due upon move-in is 1st month's rent, deposit, pet deposit (if applicable). You'd get 1 parking spot and may have 1 approved pet, no size restrictions, with a non refundable pet deposit of $250/pet.
