Seniors have the option to pay a one-time cost of $200.00 for a Safety Alert Pendant. A Level of Care Fee is determined by a pre-admission assessment with our Resident Care Coordinator. The Level of Care Fee is paid monthly and is not part of the monthly room rate. Seniors may apply for a respite (short-term stay) or a permanent stay which requires a one-time Community Fee of $2,500.00 upon move-in. For a couple, a Second Person Fee of $536.00 monthly is required. Renter is responsible for Beauty and Barber Fees, Pedicure/Manicures, Cell Phones, Home Health and Private Therapy, Hospice, and any special costs for outings. One small pet is allowed.
