I am situated on a quiet tree-lined street. The room is fully furnished and the bath is shared with a male renter who is very quiet, busy, and respectful. Kitchen and laundry privileges are allowed. I have a housekeeper once a week to clean all of the common areas. All utilities are included WIFI...I am looking for someone who works full-time and not out of the home . We are exactly 1/2 mile from the beach and just a stone's throw to Main Street. Close enough to walk but far enough to stay out of the Downtown riff-raff.
