Rent is $1750/mo but can be flexible for the right person. Available Aug 15 2022 through Aug 2023 (with the possibility of a lease takeover) We will sign a sublet agreement under my landlord. My hope is to find someone who will really appreciate the space and be respectful of my furniture (see: vintage chairs and white couches).
