Highway is close to get to NAPA, SF, SACRAMENTO Rent is $915.00 a month that included all the utilities and direct TV and WI FI Deposit is $400.00 for any damages for to the property . The deposit is returned if property is left in good condition . 30 day notice must be give . Rules , NO over night guest , alcohol free and drug free home . We are a family of 3 with a senior dog . Also if you are a nurse or a person commuting in the area we can also discuss options . Moth to month contract . No overnight guest , cooking in the kitchen only light cooking , no disposable wipes must use toilet paper you purchase / keep room clean aired out and lock the window when your gone. Buy all your personal use items toilet paper , paper towel, dish soap . We do not offer laundry faculties . A month to month contract will be done .NO drugs or alcohol , smoking in the house . We are clean quit people . Must have a full time job . References (3) will be required including your supervisor you work for also need to see the last (3) check stubs . A $400 dollar deposit will be returned if the property is not damaged and room left clean after a 30 day notice is given . The rent includes the utilities and Direct TV , WI FI .
