In the basement, there is a large laundry room with card-operated machines. There is also a caged area that holds delivered packages and which you can only open with your key fob. Applied is a well-run management company. You pay rent and request maintenance all via their online portal. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the on-site maintenance staff is very friendly.
