Lease agreement & Addendums are basic terms including Non-smoking , No Pets, and other basic operational issues. Rent includes WSG, tenant pays for electric and cable services. Third, the tenant and property manager must agree to a mutual maintenance of the property, a "dos and Don't list" we refer to as the House Rules.
In order to maintain your unit the property manager is the "Key for working out problems", and will be your go to person for any compliants and maintenance issues.
You'll have full access to these services.
The tenants must agree to the House Rules by signing a separate agreement, which must be done prior to take occupancy of the property. The violation of these rules can lead to an early termination of your lease.
All occupants will be held liable for damages to the property while residing here at Greenwood-9, and these rules will apply to tenants and guest.
