You have windows in every direction, and it gets good light. It has a dishwasher, fireplace, tall ceilings, sliding glass door to a small balcony overlooking the backyard. The front living room and bedroom has an east facing view towards Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. Located in a nice neighborhood with million dollar plus homes. This apartment is about 950 square feet, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unit comes with one covered off street parking space in a carport. The building fronts on 24th Ave E which is a little busy, but it backs to 23rd Ave E which is a quiet residential street with million dollar plus homes. There is always unrestricted on-street parking available on 23rd Ave and after parking your car you can come through the gate into the backyard to get to your unit. This building was built in the early 1900's but the building's electrical has been updated with circuit breakers and the plumbing has also been updated to copper. All windows were replaced with white vinyl windows about 4 years ago. This unit has its own hot water heater. There is a common storage area shared by all 3 units and there is also a coin-op washer/dryer shared by the 3 units in the basement. There are bus stops (the 48 and 43) on both sides of the street going in each direction. Very easy access to Seattle, Capitol Hill, University of Washington or to the Eastside. I have had tenants who have lived here before and not have a car, they just took the bus or biked. When I attend the UW football games, I park my car on 23rd and walk to the stadium, about one mile. I can be there in less than 10 minutes on the bus. The apartment will be available for rent on about September 1st, it is currently occupied. Two year lease minimum is required, preference given to someone wanting a longer term lease. Minilmum credit score of 680. The monthly rent is $2,150/month plus the tenant will pay a prorated share of the utilities (water, sewer, garbage) bills every 2 months. The bill will be prorated based on the total number of people in the apartment building. Application fee is $50/person. The property address is 1215 24th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112.
