I have to leave Des Moines and I need someone to take over my lease. It'll be ready around mid June. It is about 300-400 square feet according to the landlord. The landlords are a nice couple that are very responsive to email or phone calls. It is two blocks from Drake University so an even better location if you're a student. It's also a block from Jimmy John's, Mars Cafe, and many other places to eat. Water and heat is paid, you'd pay electricity, internet, etc. It has a stand up shower, fridge, stove, oven, stainless sink, and 3 windows. It is a nice studio! I purchased a Queen sized bed in February. You can keep it if you'd like, or I'll have it removed and donated. Take over lease to January 31, 2017.
