If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to two dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. The backyard is not fenced, so please bring a leash and have your dog potty in the gravel to not ruin the brand new grass. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
