Please read the description! We have two bedrooms available (master and guest) available at our house near Downtown Hammond. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Prices range from $550 for a guest bedroom to $650 for the master. We do a month to month lease. Generally people keep to themselves for the most part, but will socialize in the common areas. We also have a large back yard with a fire pit. Common areas are furnished, but the individual bedrooms are not. Dishwasher, Washer and dryer, and furnished common area all on site. Utilities are not included in rent and run about $110-130/mo (electric,wifi, water) Rent is $550/mo and there is a $250 security deposit - no credit check but we do a background check No pets or smoking allowed in the house.
