Not included in the "Home Size" square footage is 600 Sq ft of finished basement with a full bath and a 200 Sq ft unfinished room perfect for storage. The "Home Size" Sq footage also does NOT include the one car garage - so that 1954 listed is true living space on the first and second floors. Also, for some reason Zillow has all of the Woodbrook Ct units marked as Condos but they are actually Townhomes so you own the lot that the townhouse is on. Neighborhood Description Nice quiet neighborhood with only 13 quad buildings for a total of 52 townhomes on Woodbrook Ct (all between 2000 and 3000 SQ feet) and 32 Single-family homes on Woodbrook Lane. Like most of Reston, the entire Neighborhood is surrounded by old growth hardwoods, and there are young hardwoods (mostly maple) planted throughout - which is much nicer than most Northern Virginia developments where all the trees are razed and then fast growth trees (such as pines) are planted. The quad townhomes look more like duplex single-family homes and do not resemble the "row homes" that are common now, which adds to the uniqueness of the neighborhood. There are a couple of paved running trails running past that connect to the many miles of trails through Reston, and there is a pool with tennis courts in walking distance on North Village Rd that is accessible by taking one of the paved trails that goes under Wiehle - so you don't have to cross any streets which is very nice. There is also a small shopping center with a Giant, Starbucks, Blockbuster, full service garage, Burger King, etc., in walking distance on Reston Parkway (it's about a 15 minute walk each way on a paved sidewalk the whole way). All said, this is one of the nicer areas of Reston and is a great change in scenery from DC and the surrounding areas. This could be why very few of these townhomes go for sale (none have gone on the market since I purchased this one nine months ago) and why they go for more than the average Reston Townhomes. If you are reading this because one of the Woodbrook townhomes is for sale, I definitely recommend you check it out.
