Me and my wife are renting out a room in our 3br/2ba house. The room is on the opposite end of the house with the laundry room(washer and dryer) and the full bath is across from the bedroom for rent(The Bathroom currently has my wife's makeup and stuff in it but it WILL be moved before expected move in!). The hallway is just on the other side of the kitchen and our bedroom is on the opposite of the house, on the other side of the living room so you will have plenty of privacy! We do have a dog but we do well with cleaning up behind him and sweeping daily to keep the house nice and clean. We're clean people, we do not leave dishes in the sink nor messes around the house. We are looking for a professional, either single or couple so we have somebody that is at our speed and works like we do. Our job requires us to work from home, so we are home quite often. If you have an animal, its fine, just as long as when our pet's meet, they get along! We're on private property, and have cameras on each side of the outside of the house! The room includes a walk in closet and the floor is carpeted! Our kitchen is fully decked out and has plenty of appliances you could use! We're on an acre so we have plenty of yard! We're willing to do Week/Week or Month/Month, with the deposit, we just ask you let us know a month in advance, long as there aren't any damages you will be refunded the deposit in full. The utilities shouldn't be no more then $150 but I said $200 in the case the utilities go up considerably but we will have no problem showing you all the billing details and usage! The shared areas are furnished but we do have space in the living room if you had some furniture you wanted to bring so you don't have to keep a unit if you don't need too! We've got plenty of extra space! From the pictures you can see stuff in the room but we'll be taking that out before you move in! We have a drive way for parking, smoking outside and as far as pets, we don't mind long as they get along with our doggy! He's well trained and great with other animals!
