This is a nice townhouse located in Burlington two minutes from downtown Burlington it's in a nice neighborhood very quiet it comes with two assigned parking spaces for each unit washer and dryer back yard it's a two bed room 2 bathrooms but only 1 has a bathtub the other one is a half bathroom I'm looking to sublease my apartment available asap just have good credit and no evictions and a good paying job the apartment is 1130 utilities not included it would be best for a couple or a person with children please do not contact me or even ask to tour this apartment if you have bad credit , evictions,bad background this is a apartment that's I'm trying to sublease if you don't know what subleasing is please do not contact me I'm a tenant not the landlord Pets are allowed but you would have to pay 300 and then 25 dollars gets added on to rent this apartment had a duke energy bill water bill natural gas bill which will all be paid by you I wouldn't recommend this apartment for a single person because those utilities can get high but if it's rented by a couple you can split rent in half making it 500-800 for rent for each person
