Situation:
My family loves it here, but sadly we have a rental property that needs lots of attention and we need to move back in to it and fix it up.
We are asking for a year lease with first and $2000 deposit. We will allow the last month to be paid in installments over the first two months. There will also be a small cleaning deposit that can be negotiated
