Place: Condo is virtually new with a complete new roof, paint and finishes with stainless steel appliances, soft wood floors, granite countertops, AC, and gas furnace. The place is very efficient. It sits at the end of a street with nearly no traffic and great neighbors. Balcony overlooks the city. 2 car garage with built in storage. Main floor has nice soft wood floors with granite countertops and updated SS appliances and deck. Second floor has an office space with a master bedroom and bath with dual vanity. Third floor has (2) bedrooms with shared bathroom on that floor. Each floor has it's own thermostat for maximum individual control. Washer/Dryer hookups are on both the 3rd floor and garage. I have only heard my neighbor once or twice in the 6 years we have been there and that usually came when they dropped something really heavy and even then we barely heard anything. The place is highly efficient and the utility bills usually equate to no more than $120 on any given month Location: You can walk to your favorite bakery on Saturday's (well it's our favorite bakery). Main hub for MAX and bus stop is a ten minute walk (Clackamas town center) Nearest Hospital and church is a half a mile away. Grocery stores are less than 2 miles away. Accommodations: There is a clubhouse up the street and 3 par golf course that you will have rights and access to. The clubhouse has a small gym with weights and exercise equipment. Upon a rental agreement you simply need to go get your cards at the clubhouse for use (No pool or spa). Situation: My family loves it here, but sadly we have a rental property that needs lots of attention and we need to move back in to it and fix it up. We are asking for a year lease with first and $2000 deposit. We will allow the last month to be paid in installments over the first two months.
