The apartment has high ceilings, a recently renovated kitchen and separate pantry and laundry area, beautiful windows in the dining area and living room that show the lush, wooded view, and a spacious balcony. Neither the apartment nor the leasing office are a factor in our move. We actually love the apartment but have to relocate. The monthly rent is $980, and I will pay $100 of the first month's rent for the new tenant. Utilities are not included in this and the apartment will not be furnished - although there is a microwave pre-installed. In addition to $100 off the first month's rent, I will pay the new tenant's application fee. In addition to being very close to Crossroads Plaza, it's right off the highway, making it convenient to NC State and downtown Raleigh, and on the route for Triangle Transit and Cary Transit buses. The complex is also a 5 minute drive from Lake Johnson. Alternatively, you can walk the Walnut Creek Trail off Penwood Dr and it's a 6 minute walk until you hit Lake Johnson.
