Multiple living room/lounging areas and plenty of entertaining space both inside and out! King size bed in the primary suite with large walk - in closet! The owners are away on a sabbatical, so they've left enough furnishings to keep you comfortable but also leave you with room to bring your own decor if you want! There is a crib in one of the bedrooms, but we can take that down and bring in a twin bed instead. Also, it is actually 4 bedrooms - one is set up as an office. We are happy to help customize the space (within reason) to suit your needs. There are not currently tv's but we can provide one if needed. Come immerse yourself in one of Charlotte's most sought after neighborhoods! Furnished. 2 Month minimum - longer leases will be considered on case by case basis up to 12 months. All utilities & landscaping paid by owner.
