I'm not a good photographer, so the photos don't do it justice. It's fairly sunny and airy, and visitors always say it is "cute." Very quiet safe neighborhood. Hardly any traffic. Sometimes it's almost too quiet! Kitchen remodeled 1.5 years ago. Washer/Dryer installed 1.5 years ago. Bathroom mostly new. Lower unit of a two unit duplex. We live upstairs and are pretty quiet. Occasional small dinner party. As a downstairs unit, it is nicely cool in the summer. Heater in good condition for the winter. Three(!) transbay buses to SF stop just two blocks away. Free carpool to SF is a short drive (with easy parking) or a 15 minute walk away. Fruitvale BART is a 10 min drive. Fun commercial neighborhood with countless restaurants and an actual bookstore is a 15 minute walk/short drive away. Oakland airport less than 10 min drive (but we're not in the flight path) Owner pays gas, sewer, water, and garbage. Tenant pays electricity.
