We are the only tenants who have lived in the apartment since the renovation, and we've taken good care of the place. Another amazing selling point is that we do not share side walls with anyone (aka no noisy neighbors). You only share a ceiling and a floor and we never hear our upstairs or downstairs neighbors. You pay rent and request maintenance all via their online portal. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the on-site maintenance staff is very friendly. The building is frequently cleaned and has monthly exterminator visits (though we've never had an issue with bugs or vermin). AREA Incredibly convenient uptown location. The building is located at 12th and Hudson. It is directly across the street from Starbucks, Kings Food Market, Walgreens, and Sparrow Wine & Liquors. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. It is also 2 blocks from the waterfront, Pier 13, and Maxwell Place Park. (Lots of dog parks, too, if that's important to you!). This is the perfect uptown location if you want all of the convenience of downtown Hoboken without all the loud bar-goers. LEASE & FEES There is a $50 fee per tenant for the application and credit check, and there is a $150 leasing fee per tenant. The lease will end December 1, 2021, unless you want/are able to negotiate a new 1-year lease with the Applied Management Company. Otherwise, you can renew for another year starting December 1.
