I am going to post pictures this weekend!! The top floor is completely finished and the Basement is ready for Drywall and has a Hook-up for a 2nd Bathroom. We only moved because my family member required care. It has a detached Garage that fits 2 vehicles. Is Handicap updated with Ramp in the back, all doors are wider for a wheel chair. Open concept, nice size rooms, laundry room and so much potential with the basement! Has a legit Tornado Shelter under the front porch. Has Gas and Electric. Gas is very small bill and Electric is combined with Sewer and Water through CWLP. Jackson cut off line makes the schools for the kids DuBois for Elementary, Grant for junior high and Lanphier for high school. Going up to fine tune some things this weekend!
