Exterior Features: his is the last house on a dead end street. There is little to no traffic and the area is rural and wooded around the house. The roof needs minor repair around the soffits and eaves, but no major water damage and the shingles are not curling at all. Gutters need to be cleaned and repaired in places. This home is 3BR/1Bath, large eat in kitchen with all cabinets and fixtures intact and appear to be operational. Newer refrigerator and old stove present. Laundry hookup in exterior wall of the kitchen. Central Heat and Air with all components intact, roughly 12-15 years old. Electric hot water heater is 8-10 years old, no visible signs of rust, all plumbing is CPVC water supply and PVC drain lines. Bath has vanity, sink, tub all intact. Carpet in BR and living area will need to be replaced. Linoleum in Kitchen and bath will need to be replaced. All double pane windows intact except for bathroom window which has been boarded.
