My wife and I have enjoyed our own private backlot for BOTH our cars for 4 years. Some shoveling is required in large storms, but otherwise it is wonderful. The house has two rooms upstairs, which can either be two bedrooms or one bedroom with an office. In the one, we left our bed frame (see picture); in the second bedroom/office, there is an armoire and two desks (see picture). Within the last 3 years, the following renovation and upgrades have been done: - Both bedrooms have been redone. See pictures for what is available. - Back wall was re-stuccoed in April of 2018. - Bathroom was re-tiled and freshly painted in May '16. - Backyard completely renovated in 2014, with paving stones laid and small gardening spot opened up. Wonderful for grilling, growing produce, and enjoying warm weather. We grew tomatoes and I would sit out there in the evenings during the summer and have a beer after a long day. Patio furniture that we used we are leaving for future tenants. The patio is glorious. - Kitchen completely renovated, with d/w and garbage disposal installed, butcher's block built in. This was all done in 2016. - All appliances supplied (d/w, fridge, washer, dryer, microwave, over) and purchased within 1-3 years, and all except fridge still under warranty. - Living Room re-carpeted and will come with new sofa (a present we never used) that was professionally cleaned last week. Pets are allowed, but under certain stipulations and requirements (e.g. pet insurance). This apartment is smoke and drug-free.
