My roommate and I were both offered jobs out-of-state and need to find tenants willing to fill our places for the remaining 6 months on our lease. The apartment is ground level, with a large master bedroom. The shower is shared, but each tenant will have their own sink. W/D hook-ups in laundry room off kitchen, with optional washer and dryer for sale. Rent is $1212 per month, with deposit equal to first month's rent. Must apply through property management ($50 per applicant; if accepted, we will reimburse your fee). Option to renew lease at end of term.
