This unit also comes with washer and dryer hookups. This unit is on a septic system maintaining lower water bills. Storage space is available for an additional fee. No smoking allowed. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No aggressive dog breeds. Tenant is responsible for $40/month for lawn care in addition to rent. $75 application fee per adult. All adults (18 years or older) intending to occupy the property must fill out an application and are required to pay a $75 non-refundable fee to submit a background/credit check.
