The house is an ideal setup for families or roommates with two separate living spaces, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor space, small private dock, just a short hike down to the lake, canoe, and community amenities. Three bedrooms, three baths plus extra sleeping area with trundle bed , futon and triple bunk (our 'little bear cave)- Sleeps 8-10. Take your pick for reading with one of our two decks or screened in porch and enjoy s'mores inside or outside with our fireplace or firepit. The property is located just 1.5-2hrs from Chattanooga, Knoxville and Atlanta and a 20-45 minute drive to Murphy, Blueridge, Andrews and other local towns. There is hiking in the community just a short drive. Enjoy the beautiful Cherokee Mountains and lakeview right from the house or get outside and take in the beauty with one of the many activities available to you. In the winter months during snowfall it is stunning! This is a month to month rental with availability between January and May. Fully furnished and rent includes all utilities. If stronger internet or additional cable or streaming apps is desired that would be at the renters expense. Once agreed upon we would provide a full lease agreement with additional policies for both parties to sign.
