There is an above ground pool on premises and large yard tenant can use. This a no smoking/ vaping apartment. Utilities are included. Pets are not allowed, but tenant must be comfortable with dogs because our dog roams freely in the yard. This is a single occupancy unit. Parking for one vehicle only. Overnight guests staying beyond two nights must be approved by landlord. Landlord will need to access utility room monthly, but will provide 24 hours notice to tenant unless it's a case of emergency. There is an above ground pool on premises.
