My husband and I have been soooo magically and abundantly blessed to come into stewardship and ownership of 8 acres of land with three homes nestled on a private road along a creek south of Hot Springs. In addition to the creek, the land features 3 acres of fenced pasture, forest, flowing springs, a loop trail, a treehouse, garden space, an unmapped waterfall a ten minute walk away, neighboring animals who love to be visited, and is remote enough to radiate an energy that is pristine and gloriously alive. The 370 sq. ft. guest house currently opening for mid-term rent is next door to the main house where my husband and I live, along with a small family of our friends who live in the separate first floor apartment of the main house. The guest house is fully furnished and equipped and features a covered porch with a hammock swing and a bistro set, as well as a small fenced-in yard with a bench and fire pit. It is nestled against the forest and has winter views of the creek and mountains. Laundry is available, and we have a very fast fiber optic + wireless mesh network. Location: We are 25 minutes from Hot Springs, 55 from Asheville, 45 from Marshall, and 50 from Waynesville, close to the Appalachian Trail and Max Patch, 10 minutes from tasty Trust Cafe and General Store, and 15 from Rare Bird, a hub for music and other cultural arts.
