THIS IS A SUBLET. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and you will be renting out the extra bedroom. You will be living with myself and my girlfriend who share the larger bedroom (not pictured). The kitchen and living room are already furnished but your bedroom will NOT be furnished (despite the pictures). $1,000 is your share of the rent and utilities will be split three ways. We are looking for a clean and courteous working professional. We are both in our late 20s and have full-time jobs.
