This shall include painting, hanging curtains, blinds, or pictures etc. Utilities and Services Landlord will pay for the following utilities and services: Water, Heat and garbage removal (up to 3 bags per week, picked up on Fridays). Homeowners insurance, renters insurance is not included but recommended. Tenants will pay for the following utilities and services: Electric/Hot Water and any optional services such as internet/phone services (dish satellites not allowed).
